Contacts Database is a very easy to use yet powerful Windows™ database program for maintaining details about people within your organization with various methods of keeping in touch with them.
These people could be members of a club, employees of a company or belong to any type of organization at all that needs to record and maintain a persons details.
There is a large variety of reports to choose from. You can also print address labels and letters from your own saved letter templates to only the contacts you wish to include using any of the programs various filtering options.
Requirements:
- Windows 98/XP/Vista/Window 7 (or other 32 bit Windows O/S).
- A monitor with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater, printer and mouse.
- Only basic computer skills required
- A knowledge of mail merging using CSV files could be an advantage.
